For the first edition of Policy Café, the discussion of the challenges to European security in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, through the identification of political responses to the current crisis, and therefore with a more policy-oriented approach, we invited Brigadier-General Nuno Lemos Pires, Researcher at the Center for International Studies at ISCTE and Professor at the Military Academy; and Prof. Doctor Bruno Cardoso Reis, Sub-Director of the Center for International Studies at ISCTE – IUL.
